Starting with ingredients from Hokkaido, we purchase fresh Edomae fish from Toyosu, and the chef carefully prepares the ingredients to create the finest Edomae tempura so that our diners can fully enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients. We also offer a carefully selected selection of sake, shochu, and wine.
